Pricing
Prices are wholesale direct and are subject to change without notice. Contact us to become a Light-Up® Displays authorized distributor or dealer to earn further price reductions.

Quotes
All prices quoted, verbally or written, will be considered estimates until a signed quote is returned. Quoted pricing is valid for 30 days.

Orders
All cancelled orders will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. All sales are final and not subject to return on custom orders, graphics and discontinued items. If an order is revised after we have started, charges will apply for work already completed. Any major revisions will extend the scheduled deadline. Lead time for in stock items is approximately 5-7 business days once deposit is received, it may take longer if graphics are ordered. All custom orders will take longer to produce. ALL ORDERS for custom displays / digital imaging / graphic design; digital output or other custom products or services require PAYMENT IN FULL PRIOR TO SHIPPING ORDER AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Quicker turn-around and delivery is available, rush charge may apply.

Terms
50% deposit due to begin processing order. Payment due at time of shipment. Cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and C.O.D are accepted. Charge accounts available for qualified applicants, please call customer service. All accounts require a credit approval before orders can be charged. Company policy is all C.O.D. customers require a 50% deposit and remaining balance is due at time of shipment. Net 30 days to approved accounts. Accounts not paid in 30 days will be assessed a 1.5% monthly charge. There is a $25.00 service charge for any returned checks and your account will be put on a Cash Only Basis until balance is paid. There is no service tax in Indiana. There is a tax on ‘the products of photo finishing’ which will be charged whenever applicable, unless a sales tax exemption certificate is on file with our office.

Job Deadline Date
Contingent upon receipt of signature, 50% deposit and graphic files.

All Digital Files
Should be sent as a high-res (200 dpi flattened) RGB .tif file. If files of a different format are sent, a file conversion fee of $5.00 to $40.00 may be charged.

All of the following will be billed on an “as needed basis”: Client changes, Corrections or Creative time - $80.00 an hour, High-resolution drum scans - $45.00 each, Stock image user fees - $40.00 each, Email proofs - $15.00 each. *If immediate turnaround is needed, rush charges may apply.

for Custom Displays / Digital Imaging / Graphic Design; Digital Output or other Custom Products or Services require PAYMENT IN FULL PRIOR TO SHIPPING ORDER AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Shipping and Handling
is additional according to your time frame and method of shipment. Order will ship in 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified. Returned or cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible to pay any applicable sales tax. Company policy is all C.O.D. customers require a 50% deposit and remaining balance due at time of shipment. House accounts are 30 days net with completed and approved credit application. There will be a $25.00 fee for any incorrect charge backs.

Shipping
Displays are packed and boxed or crated for safe delivery. Shipping occurs via FedEx, UPS, freight, US Postal service or in-house delivery. Freight and handling are added to the invoice. Delivery dates are based on in-stock, special order or custom boxes.

Returns
Returns on defective displays are accepted for replacement only. YOU MUST CONTACT BOWMAN DISPLAYS FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER BEFORE DISPLAYS ARE RETURNED. Any merchandise returned to Bowman Displays without an RA number will be refused. The RA number must appear clearly on the return label and return shipping must be pre-paid. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Custom order lightboxes are not returnable.

Warranty
Light-Up Displays® warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty becomes effective upon owner’s receipt of the product and the return of the registration card within 10 days. This warranty does not apply if product has been damaged by accident, improper use, application beyond stated or implied, or as a result of service or modification by other than the manufacturer. It does not cover fluorescent light bulbs or damage incurred through shipping. No other warranty is express of implied. All liability associated with these products will be limited to repair or replacement of returned products during the warranty period or any other fault as it applies exclusively to Light-Up Displays or any subsidiary of Light-Up Displays. Except for repair and replacement as an exclusive remedy, Light-Up Displays and it s subsidiaries shall not be responsible for consequential or incidental damages of any kind, regardless of end user’s actual damages.

Limited Liability
Submitting any photographic material to this firm for processing constitutes an agreement by you that if photographic material is damaged, lost or not returned by us, or any other processor, our liability and that of any other processor is limited to the replacement of any equivalent amount of unexposed photographic material. We shall not be responsible for consequential or incidental damages of any kind, regardless of your actual damages, and regardless of whether we or any other processor are negligent or held strictly liable. Bowman Displays Digital Imaging, Inc. assumes no liability for loss or damage to orders in transit to or from our offices.

Light-Up Displays Liability Limitation
The purchase of any Light-Up Displays® products constitutes an acceptance by the purchaser that any and all liability associated with these products will be limited to repair or replacement of products during the warranty period. This is only and limited to defective manufacturing, labeling, negligence, packaging or any other fault as it applies exclusively to Light-Up Displays® or any subsidiary of Light-Up Displays®. Except for repair and replacement as an exclusive remedy, Light-Up Displays® and its subsidiaries shall not be responsible for consequential or incidental damages of any kind, regardless of end user’s actual damages.

Indemnification of copyrighted works
In the event that any material is accepted by us without a certificate of consent of a copyrighted image, the Purchaser and their Client agree to hold Bowman Displays Digital Imaging, Inc. harmless and to indemnify us for all costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees and/or judgements resulting from any claim or lawsuit against Bowman Displays Digital Imaging, Inc. alleging or relating to copyright infringement as a result of the work purchased.
