All prices quoted, verbally or written, will be considered estimates until a signed, approved quote is returned. Quoted pricing is valid for 30 days.
All cancelled standard in stock orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All sales are final and not subject to return on custom orders, graphics and discontinued items.
Revisions to projects in progress will be billed according to work completed. Any major revisions to an order will extend the scheduled deadline.
Our Standard lead time is 3-5 business days to ship out unless otherwise specified. Graphic approval and receipt of payment must take place prior to the start of the 3-5-day lead time. Custom elements may have an increased lead time up to 3-5 weeks.
Quicker turn-around and delivery is available upon request; however, rush charges may apply.
C.O.D. customers are required to pay a 50% deposit to begin order processing. The remaining balance, plus any shipping and handling charges, are due prior to shipping.
Cash, check, VISA, MasterCard and ACH are accepted.
Term accounts are available upon completed and approved credit applications. Please call customer service for an application to apply. Accounts not within their given terms will be assessed a 10% monthly charge.
There will be a $25 service charge for any incorrect charge backs, and your account will be put on a Cash Only Basis until balance is paid in full.
There is no service tax in Indiana and Illinois. There is sales tax on products. Sales tax on products will be applied to all customers within Indiana and Illinois unless a sales tax exemption certificate is on file with our office.
Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice according to your time frame and method of shipment. All Products are packed and boxed or crated for safe delivery. Shipping occurs via FedEx, UPS, FREIGHT, US Postal Service or in-house delivery. Delivery dates may vary based on lead times.
Returned and cancelled orders will have a 25% restocking fee applied. Purchaser is responsible for paying any applicable sales tax and shipping costs. All sales are final and not subject to return on custom orders, graphics and discontinued items.
Returns will be accepted for 30 days after original purchase on standard stock only. Product must be in original packaging and free of damage. If unit is used or damaged, additional charges will apply. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.
Replacement parts will be shipped for displays considered having a manufacturer defect. Purchaser is responsible for installation of the replacement parts. If the unit needs to be repaired by the manufacturer, purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to ship back to Bowman Displays.
YOU MUST CONTACT BOWMAN DISPLAYS FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER BEFORE DISPLAYS ARE RETURNED. Any merchandise returned to Bowman Displays without an RA number will be refused. The RA number must appear clearly on the return label and return shipping must be pre-paid.
Printed Element Warranty & Limited Liability
Bowman Displays Digital Imaging Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 Days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply if product has been damaged by accident, improper use, application beyond stated or implied, or as a result of service or modification by anyone other than the manufacturer. It does not cover damage incurred through shipping. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
Bowman Displays Digital Imaging Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply if product has been damaged by accident, improper use, application beyond stated or implied, or as a result of service or modification by anyone other than the manufacturer. It does not cover fluorescent light bulbs or damage incurred through shipping. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
All liability associated with these products will be limited to repair or replacement of returned products during the warranty period. This is only and limited to defective manufacturing, labeling, negligence, packaging or any other fault as it applies exclusively to Bowman Displays Digital Imaging Inc. products. Pictures of products and packaging as well as product return may be required.
Indemnification of copyrighted works
In the event that any material is accepted by us without a certificate of consent of a copyrighted image, the Purchaser and their Client agree to hold Bowman Displays Digital Imaging, Inc. harmless and to indemnify us for all costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees and/or
judgments resulting from any claim or lawsuit against Bowman Displays Digital Imaging, Inc. alleging or relating to copyright infringement as a result of the work purchased.
