File Specs
Please submit files as flattened RGB (not CMYK) TIF, EPS or PDF files with no bleed or crop marks. All files must be flattened before saving and can be saved with LZW compression to reduce file size. If files are large, use a compression program like ZIP to reduce file size. Please include a hard copy proof or a low-resolution rasterized proof for us to verify layout.

For finished size smaller than 16” x 20”, please use 300 dpi @ actual size.
For finished size larger than 16” x 20”, please use 200dpi @ actual size.
Large Format (anything 40” x 50” or larger), please use 150dpi @ actual size.

Remember to keep all important elements in your layout ½” away from the edges to accommodate display frame (if necessary).

Preferred File Formats
Adobe Photoshop CS3 or earlier - Save your layout as a flattened tif (with LZW compression) or pdf file.

Adobe Illustrator CS3 or earlier - Save your layout as an EPS file and convert all text to outlines. If using a linked or placed graphic in your document, please include the graphic file on your disk.

QuarkXPress 7 - Export your layout as a PDF (QuarkXpress 6) and include it with your files. * Files supplied only as .qxd format will be charged a conversion fee.

Adobe InDesign CS3 - Export your layout as a high resolution PDF or RGB tif.
* Files supplied only as .indd format will be charged a conversion fee.
