Orders will ship in 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified. Lead-time for in-stock boxes and graphics is 3-5 business days from graphic approval and receipt of payment and approximately 2-3 weeks if custom.
Any major revisions will extend the scheduled deadline. Quicker turn-around and delivery is available upon request; however, rush charges may apply.
All orders for custom displays, digital imaging, graphic design, digital output or other custom products or services require payment in full prior to shipping order and are non-refundable.
C.O.D. customers are required to pay a 50% deposit to begin order processing. The remaining balance, plus any shipping and handling charges, are due prior to shipping.
Cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
Charge accounts are 30 days net with completed and approved credit applications.

Accounts not paid in 30 days will be assessed at a 1.5% monthly charge.
There will be a $25 service charge for any incorrect charge backs, and your account will be put on a Cash Only Basis until balance is paid in full.
There is no service tax in Indiana.
There is a tax on "the products of photo finishing," which will be charged whenever applicable, unless a sales tax exemption certificate is on file with our office.

Should be sent as a high-res (200 dpi flattened) RGB .tif file. If files of a different format are sent, a file conversion fee of $5.00 to $40.00 may be charged.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice according to your time frame and method of shipment.
Displays are packed and boxed or crated for safe delivery.
Shipping occurs via FedEx, UPS, FREIGHT, US Postal Service or in-house delivery.
Delivery dates are based on in-stock, special order or custom boxes.
Returned and cancelled orders will have a 25% restocking fee applied.
Purchaser is responsible for paying any applicable sales tax and shipping costs.
Returns will be accepted for 30 days after original purchase on standard stock only.
Product must be in original packaging and free of damage.
If unit is used or damaged, additional charges will apply.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.
Replacement parts will be shipped for displays considered having a manufacturer defect.
Purchaser is responsible for installation of the replacement parts.
If the unit needs to be repaired by the manufacturer, purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to ship back to Bowman Displays.
YOU MUST CONTACT BOWMAN DISPLAYS FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER BEFORE DISPLAYS ARE RETURNED.
Any merchandise returned to Bowman Displays without an RA number will be refused.
The RA number must appear clearly on the return label and return shipping must be pre-paid.
Custom displays, digital imaging, graphic design, digital output or any other custom services are non-refundable.
Warranty & Limited Liability
Bowman Displays warrants its products and hardware to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply if product has been damaged by 3rd party shipping carrier, improper use or as a result of service or modification by anyone other than the manufacturer.
No other warranty is expressed or implied.
All liability associated with these products will be limited to repair or replacement at Bowman Displays discretion of all claims during the warranty period.
This is only and limited to defective manufacturing, labeling, negligence, packaging or any other fault as it applies exclusively to Bowman Displays.
Except for repair and replacement as an exclusive remedy, Bowman Displays and its subsidiaries shall not be responsible for consequential or incidental damages of any kind, regardless of end users actual damages.
Warranty does not cover printed materials (30 days) or external components used in conjunction with our products not manufactured by Bowman Displays and therefore claims must be filed direct to manufacturer or distributer.
All damage, defects or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving, all sales final after 14 days.
Return authorization (RA#) will be required for any items sent back to manufacturer and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as any carrier charges that apply.
Light-Up Displays Liability Limitation
The purchase of any Light-Up Displays® products constitutes an acceptance by the purchaser that any and all liability associated with these products will be limited to repair or replacement of products during the warranty period. This is only and limited to defective manufacturing, labeling, negligence, packaging or any other fault as it applies exclusively to Light-Up Displays® or any subsidiary of Light-Up Displays®. Except for repair and replacement as an exclusive remedy, Light-Up Displays® and its subsidiaries shall not be responsible for consequential or incidental damages of any kind, regardless of end user’s actual damages.
Indemnification of copyrighted works
In the event that any material is accepted by us without a certificate of consent of a copyrighted image, the Purchaser and their Client agree to hold Bowman Displays Digital Imaging, Inc. harmless and to indemnify us for all costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees and/or judgements resulting from any claim or lawsuit against Bowman Displays Digital Imaging, Inc. alleging or relating to copyright infringement as a result of the work purchased.
